Sillence Hurn grows marketing division ahead of 2023
Sillence Hurn has expanded its marketing division, rounding off a successful year for the South Coast building consultancy.
Former Bar Magazine Editor-in-Chief and Times Radio journalist Kelly Bellerson joins Sillence Hurn, supporting their ongoing digital marketing and media campaigns across London and the South East.
Having worked on live news broadcast and print publications nationally, Kelly now joins the marketing department alongside Marketing Manager Amelia Chubb, aiming to increase the company’s online presence.

Kelly is a qualified journalist, graduating from Canterbury Christ Church University with a First-Class Honours degree in Multimedia Journalism with Politics, Law, and Ethics.
Kelly said: “What I learned at university and in my professional career is that there is always an element of marketing in everything, it knows no bounds and that really excites me as a creative.
“To have the ability to reach people across the country – and even across the globe – to help independent businesses, like Sillence Hurn, get their name out there, it’s astounding! The online world has come a long way over the past ten years and having evolved with it, I am committed to continuing that evolution with Sillence Hurn."
Wanting to combine her journalistic experiences with her passion for digital marketing, it was Sillence Hurn’s warm and friendly approach that prompted her to reach out.
Kelly added: “I’m really excited to be working at Sillence Hurn, I still can’t believe it! It’s been difficult finding a flexible employer for the type of work that I do as most media/marketing positions often demand five-day weeks in the office but the attitude towards flexible working here for everyone is really refreshing.”
Marketing Manager, Amelia Chubb, said: "We are very excited to welcome Kelly on board as part of our continued growth. Her efforts are already being noticed across the company and will be instrumental in our brand expansion over the next year."
