Savills sells three industrial units in Oxfordshire for £2.4m
Savills has sold three industrial units in Carterton, Oxfordshire for approximately £2.4 million, in a new deal that continues strong activity in the property market in Thames Valley.
Jan Losch, associate director in the commercial agency team at Savills Oxford, commented: “The sale of all three units provided the purchaser with a rare chance to acquire a strong income-producing industrial asset within Oxfordshire. There remains significant demand for warehouse investment opportunities, especially with future development potential."
The three units, comprising just under 50,000 sq ft of warehouse, showroom, and office space, will be occupied by online retailer The Garden Trading Company.
