RSM’s Reading office has undergone a significant refurbishment to support and advance the firm’s growth plans.

The RSM team in Reading has experienced significant growth during the past two years and now consists of over 150 employees. That growth trajectory seems set to continue due to the firm's graduate intake.

Since August 2021, the Reading office has welcomed 22 new joiners through RSM’s Early Careers Programme, which including school leavers, placement students and graduates.

Having occupied Forbury Square, Reading for some 12 years RSM recently undertook the modernisation and remodelling work to relect modern work practices.

The remodelled space offers staff collaborative working areas, spacious meeting rooms, improved catering facilities, a client suite and a networking and events space which can accommodate over 150 people.

There has also been significant investment in video conferencing facilities to support both hybrid working and post-Covid in person events.

Mike Sables, RSM’s office managing partner in Reading, said: "This fresh working environment for our fantastic Reading team supports our new ways of working and will underpin the team’s success, professionalism and amazing team spirit.

"Our move to hybrid working has been key driver behind the office refurbishment and we’re committed to ensuring this approach works for every employee in the Reading office. We’ve experienced huge growth in terms of our expertise over the years, and I’m very much looking forward to seeing the office continue on its impressive growth trajectory."
