Planning consent has been granted for Pintail Business Park, a high-quality, speculative industrial scheme in Ringwood.

The Park, at 165 Christchurch Road, will comprise 10 quality, new industrial/warehouse premises ranging from 856 sq ft to  2,657 sq ft. Four of the units have frontage to the busy Christchurch Road and each has a 6.5m eaves.

Chris Wilson, Goadsby director, commented: “We have already agreed sales off plan, and the premises, which should be of interest to both occupiers and investors, look to be ready for occupation in Spring 2015."
