Refurbished Croydon warehouse let to R&D company, says SHW

A Research and Development (R&D) company has taken a five-year lease on a refurbished warehouse at Commerce Park industrial estate in Croydon, revealed real estate and property advisor SHW.

SHW completed the deal for unit 12, Commerce Park at 19 Commerce Way, on behalf of a private landlord.

The detached unit spans 3,244 sq ft and provides a 2,424 sq ft warehouse with 820 sq ft of first floor office space, it said.

Charlie McKechnie, Surveyor at SHW, said: "We are delighted to kickstart the year with this successful letting.

"This is a prime example of a top-quality refurbishment leading to a top rent achieved."
The unit sits at the front of the industrial estate, just off the A23 Purley Way.
