Reading: Opening of Arena's new business centre on May 1

Flexible office space provider, Arena Business Centres has announced the opening date for its new centre in Reading. Opening May 1, 2021, the building known as ’100 Berkshire Place’ is located a short walk from Winnersh train station,within the heart of Winnersh Triangle. This latest project will deliver premium offices for businesses looking to relocate, upsize or downsize with space from 2 people to 500 people.

Using the latest concepts in flexible working, the £8 million project will provide 50,000 sq ft of revitalised office space over three floors. Arena delivers working environments for businesses to grow and succeed, whilst bringing teams and people safely together. Designed by award-winning architects Western Design Architects, they have created a new generation of office space located around an impressive central glass pod. Interior designers are creating safe, collaborative spaces away from the desk for clients to create their best ideas and finest work. A dedicated team will take care of the small details to enable companies to work more productively and focus on the bigger picture in truly innovative and creative surroundings.

Arena has chosen Winnersh as their first centre in Berkshire and is continuing to look for further locations to add to their growing portfolio, Arena currently has nearby centres in Basingstoke, Farnborough and Camberley.
