Prodrive WLTM business which likes fast cars and tech to move in next door
World leading motorsport and advanced technology business, Prodrive, is looking for a new occupier for a self-contained part of the company's purpose-built headquarters at Banbury, on the town's new, million sq ft Central M40 Business Park.
The automotive company, which this year will compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship and the Dakar Rally in 2021, in partnership with Kingdom of Bahrain, has asked White Commercial Surveyors to find a complimentary occupier and business which has previously been occupied by various major motorsport teams including Marussia F1, Manor F1, Roborace and electric vehicle manufacturer ‘Arrival’ www.arrival.com.
The million sq ft Central M40 Business Park which sits alongside the M40 London to Birmingham Motorway at Junction 11 in Banbury, Oxfordshire has significantly modified the view of Banbury from the M40 – the 2nd largest Town in Oxfordshire with over 600,000 vehicles passing the landmark scheme each week.
Other occupiers on the site include Collins Aerospace, TVS Supply Chain Solutions and Hello Fresh with new potential occupiers about to take new build units to include Dar Lighting and Warburtons, White Commercial understands.
