Northwood Regional UK has launched two newly-refurbished office buildings totalling almost 123,000 sq ft at its Lakeside North Harbour development, near Portsmouth.
After a £10 million refit, the buildings, known as 2000 Lakeside and 3000 Lakeside, have 81,012 sq ft and 41,910 sq ft available respectively.
Global software business Lead Forensics has already become the first tenant in 3000 Lakeside, having expanded from building 1000.
The 120-acre Lakeside North Harbour development has over 75 companies employing 3,000 professionals, and tenants include Porsche, Capita, Wiggle and Southern Co-operative. Amenities include a day nursery, shops and cafes; and work has started on a new £21m Village Hotel which will open in Autumn 2017.
