Property consultancies JLL and Cowling & West have won a new instruction to let newly-refurbished office space of up to 7,983 sq ft on the ground floor at Holland House in Bournemouth’s prime business district.

Nella Pang, associate director at JLL, said: “Following the recent refurbishment of the building it now offers modernised open plan space in a fantastic location in the heart of the business district and with excellent transport links.”

David Cowling, at Cowling West, said: “The office market in Bournemouth has been severely depleted as a consequence of permitted development rights and Holland House represents a rare opportunity to secure quality space in the prime business district.”
