Goadsby and Lambert Smith Hampton have, on behalf of Chancerygate, exchanged contracts on Unit 5, Horizon Park, Poole, to Bookends (Christchurch).

The brand new warehouse premises extend to approximately 2,906 sq ft and benefit from a 926 sq ft first-floor mezzanine. It is anticipated to be ready for occupation by November 2018 and the quoting price was £537,000 plus VAT.

Ben Duly, business space department, commented: “It is exciting to see construction progressing so rapidly and already the floor has been laid in Unit 1.”

Goadsby and Lambert Smith Hampton still have a number of other warehouses for sale/to let on this prominent new development.
