Plans for second phase of Kenilworth Gate development submitted by Charles Church
Charles Church has submitted a planning application for a further 452 homes at its Kenilworth Gate development on the southern edge of Kenilworth.
The plans, submitted to Warwick District Council, follow the first phase of 98 homes at the site, which created a range of two- to four- bedroom properties.
Along with the new dwellings, the development will bring more than £4 million of highways improvements and the funding and infrastructure to facilitate a new primary school, community centre and future employment area.

Finances have also been pledged to the improvement of public services and open spaces including £7 million for local education, £1.5 million for local hospitals and GP surgeries, and £1.6 million for local green spaces with biodiversity enhancements, footpaths and grass pitches.
Nick Wilkins, Technical Director at Persimmon Homes and Charles Church Central, said: “We’re proud to have submitted plans to Warwick District Council for the second phase of our new community in Kenilworth. If approved, this new development will bring a wide range of new benefits to the town, including major improvements to local roads, public open spaces, healthcare and education.
“Of course, what we do is about so much more than building quality homes. This development will not only generate significant job opportunities throughout the lifespan of the project, but will also leave a lasting legacy of community benefits for the people of Kenilworth and the surrounding areas.”
