Flexible workspace provider Orega to launch new Berkshire Facility
Orega, a provider of flexible workspaces, has secured a ten-year management agreement for a 27,000 square foot facility at Marlow International in Berkshire.
This move will increase its presence in the Thames Valley region. The new space is set to open in the spring of 2023 and will offer over 500 workstations on the second floor of the 230,000 square foot building, as well as ample collaboration, meeting, and event spaces.
The landlords were advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Hollis Hockley.

This marks the fourth flexible workspace location that Orega has established in the Thames Valley, with existing sites in Uxbridge, Slough, and Stockley Park.
Ben Hutchen, real estate director at Orega, said: "The demand for flexible office space has spread out of the capital into the Thames Valley and beyond. Operating flex space in Marlow will enhance our spread of offices across the region and will increase our presence in this prosperous and growing local economy.
"We believe our space will be particularly attractive to corporates who want the flexibility of not being tied into long leases as they negotiate these uncertain economic times."
