Nicol & Co named as one of the UK’s top 3% of estate agents

A Worcestershire estate agent has been identified as one of the top 3% of estate agents in the country in a leading property guide.

Nicol & Co, which is based Droitwich with a second office in Worcester, was independently assessed and has now been featured in the acclaimed online Best Estate Agent Guide.

This website is compiled by the Property Academy, which works with agents to improve service standards and is backed by Rightmove, one of the UK’s leading property portal websites.

Assessors analysed all the UK’s 15,000-plus estate agents using more than three billion data points and 20,000 mystery shops, with Nicol & Co’s performance putting them in the top 3%.

Peter Knight, founder of the Property Academy, said: “We have set out to provide the home mover with a reliable resource to help identify the best estate agent in each area, whether someone is looking to sell or let a property.

“Only the best branches make it into the Best Estate Agent Guide and only the top 3% have been recognised with an award.”
