Lee Baron appointed by Ardent to manage UK portfolio

Specialist property managers Lee Baron have been appointed by Ardent UK, a branch of US-based asset management firm Ardent Companies LLC, to provide long-term property management services for their new purchase of a collection of 12 properties across the UK.

Lee Baron’s remit will include the day-to-day estate management of the entire logistics and industrial portfolio, which includes approximately 1.4 million sq ft, generating over £4m per annum in rent.

Ardent UK's portfolio includes assets in England and Scotland, amongst which including Chapman Way Tunbridge Wells in Kent and an asset Milton Keynes.
