Latest phase at Bromsgrove Enterprise Park almost fully let, says GJS Dillon
Worcestershire property agency GJS Dillon has announced that Phase 2 of Sapphire Court at Bromsgrove Enterprise Park is now almost fully let, with only one unit remaining.
Construction work on the scheme, which covers a total footprint of 61,550 sq ft, was completed in Spring 2023.
Bromsgrove Enterprise Park comprises 19 individual industrial/warehouse units constructed in five terraces, with units ranging in size from 1,000 to 7,000 sq ft.
The development is located is to the south of Bromsgrove town centre with easy access to the A38, M5 and M42.
Lettings in Phase 1 were negotiated by Kyle Pugh, graduate surveyor at GJS Dillon, and Andrew Lewis, commercial agency director.
Kyle said: “We’re absolutely delighted that this development is now almost fully let.
“This latest phase has proved extremely popular and was at 94 per cent occupancy only six months after it was completed.
“Unit E1, which measures 3,182 sq ft, is the only unit still available.”
Recent occupiers at the new development include industrial auction company Charter Auctions, mechanical power transmission manufacturers RBC Dodge Industrial, and Sciencsus Pharma Services.
Phase 1 of the development also provided the starting point for two of the Midlands’ most successful high-growth companies, Gymshark and Lounge Underwear.
Kyle added: “Bromsgrove remains the most in-demand location for SME businesses, so there’s plenty of justification for more commercial space of this kind.
“Both new and existing occupiers will benefit from being located here and we look forward to hearing more business success stories.”
