Commercial property agency VSL & Partners has been shortlisted for a top award. The firm has made the list of five finalists in the deals section of the Industrial/Logistics Consultancy of the Year category at the Thames Valley Property Awards.

The Award is judged on the number of deals completed within the Thames Valley region from January 2017 to February 2018. VSL is the only Oxfordshire-based company to make the cut.

Richard Venables, director at VSL, said: “We have had an extremely successful year which reflects the flourishing Oxfordshire economy. This nomination is down to the expertise of our team as we continue to grow in a highly competitive market.”

In 2017 VSL was ranked as Oxfordshire’s most active agent and dealmaker of the year by EGi – a title it has held for the last eight years.

Established in 2002 with a team of 10, the Kidlington-based firm now employs the largest commercial property agency team in the area. The team has representation on around 40% of deals completed across central Oxford and the A34 ‘Innovation Knowledge Corridor’.

Recently the firm became an ambassador partner for Experience Oxfordshire, the destination management organisation for the county.

The gala final of the Thames Valley Property Awards takes place at Ascot Racecourse on May 3.
