The prestigious awards scheme, run by The Business Magazine, celebrates, encourages and inspires successful business women in the south.

The competition is open to women in the private and public sectors, as well as businesses and organisations that support women in the workplace.

Last year's winners represented businesses from 3M to LoveLove Films, and from Shorefield Holidays to O2 Telefonica.
