Simon Fitch, director at Hurst Warne, said: “It’s great to see such a sustainability focused occupier choose London Square as their new headquarters.
“They’ll complement the range of existing occupiers very well and help endorse the sustainability focus that Sidra Capital have provided since they purchased the scheme.
“London Square offers all the benefits of a leafy business park, yet is only three minutes’ walk from Guildford High Street.
“It’s a quality product and we’re confident we’ll be announcing further lettings soon.”
The site totals 133,290 sq ft across three buildings and has its own onsite café. EV charging points are currently being installed outside.
