Two deals have been completed at a newly refurbished office building in Coventry city centre.

Regional commercial property specialist Holt Commercial has let the ground floor and the first floor, totalling 7,868 sq ft, at 9 Little Park Street to office space business Regus. The 4,962 sq ft second floor has been let to the Driving Theory Test Centre.

The double deal at 9 Little Park Street, which has been comprehensively refurbished to create high quality office accommodation in the city centre, leaves two further floors available to let.

Nick Holt, director of Holt Commercial, said: “We are very pleased to see that the investment in 9 Little Park Street is paying off by attracting two well-established tenants into the building.

“The transformation has created a striking office building in Coventry city centre, making it the perfect property for organisations that want to benefit from being at the heart of the city, just a short walk from the railway station.

“There is strong interest in the remaining two floors so we would urge anyone who is interested to get in touch quickly.”

The two remaining floors extend to 4,951 sq ft each (total 9,902 sq ft) and include suspended ceilings, LED lighting and air conditioning.

The building includes a fully refurbished reception area, a passenger lift, shower/changing facilities and secure bike storage.
