Savills has been appointed by the owners of Berrywood Business Village to let two small headquarters office buildings on the established estate, located just off Junction 7 of the M27 at Hedge End, Southampton.
Unit 1 provides 1,289 sq ft of space alongside seven car spaces and is available at an annual rent of £24,500. Unit 2 is a 637 sq ft property with four car parking spaces and an annual rent of £12,500. In addition an estate service charge is payable. Both units are available to lease from June 2018. The offices are single storey and are comfort cooled.
Berrywood Business Village is a successful business park with current occupiers including market research firm Maru/edr, The Ambulance Trust and University Southampton NHS.
