Hays selects One Dorset Street as new Southampton base
Recruitment firm Hays has chosen One Dorset Street as its new base in Southampton.
The RO Group confirmed that it had signed a ten year lease with Hays with the recruiter citing the building's sustainability aspects as a key factor in its decision.
The property benefits from a number of carbon reduction measures including EV charging points.

One Dorset Street is located in Southampton’s main business district andhas been fully refurbished .
The office space has a barriered car park and secure, enclosed cycle storage and separate shower and changing facilities.
One Dorset Street was the first Fitwel certified building in Hampshire.
