Wargaming, the video gaming development company, has tripled the size of its headquarters at Building 2, Guildford Business Park to create a 35,000 sq ft home.
The group has taken the whole of the second floor comprising 23,000 sq ft to add to the 12,000 sq ft it acquired on the third floor in 2019.
Wargaming’s expansion in Guildford cements the South East town's reputation as a hub for the video game development industry with other occupiers including EA, Epic, Super Massive and Hello Games.
Benson Elliot and Cube Real Estate, the respective fund and asset managers for Guildford Business Park, now have 17,000 sq ft on the first floor available in units from 3,000 sq ft to 17,000 sq ft at a quoting rent of £36.50 per sq ft.
In addition, Guildford Business Park will have a further 19,000 sq ft available on the ground floor of Building 3 from March 2021.
The joint agents are Bray Fox Smith and JLL.
