THP Chartered Surveyors and Colliers’ southwest National Offices team has let 1,822 sq ft office space at Elmbridge Court to Get Ahead Physio on a five-year lease, on behalf of London & Scottish Property Investment Management.

The park, located on the edge of Gloucester close to the M5, currently only has two remaining spaces available, one measuring 1,795 sq ft and the other 1,862 sq ft.

However, at the end of this month, slightly larger requirements will be able to be catered for with a total of 5,128 sq ft becoming available across three interconnected offices, allowing the flexibility to lease them collectively or individually.

Oliver Workman at THP said: “Elmbridge Court is creating a vibrant hub of new business opportunities with the recent letting of 1,822 sq ft to Get Ahead Physio. In addition, the park is unveiling six contemporary office suites, presenting an exciting prospect for forward-thinking businesses wanting to be involved in a best-in-class environment.”

James Preece, director in the national offices team at Colliers comments: “Given the exceptional quality and desirability of these offices, we anticipate a tremendous amount of interest in the remaining available spaces.”
