Colliers, acting jointly with JLL, has let Unit 10, Furlong Park, Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham on behalf of Northwood Urban Logistics, to award-winning artisan bakery, Four Anjels Limited on a 15-year term.

Four Anjels has acquired the 24,827 sq ft space as part of an expansion of its business, for food production and distribution to a number of clients including Marks & Spencer.

Tom Watkins, Director of Industrial and Logistics at Colliers said: “Furlong Park is an attractive opportunity for new occupiers as it is a well located, high specification multi-unit location for businesses with easy access to J10 of the M5 motorway and Cheltenham railway station.

"The area already benefits from a diverse range of occupiers which neighbour the site including Still Moving Media, Marmalade of London, TLV Euro Engineering and D&G Contracting, and it’s great to welcome Four Anjels to this line up.”

Nick Turner at Northwood Urban Logistics said: “We are delighted that Four Anjels has chosen Furlong Park as its new home.

"The new highly specified warehouse units are well located close to the M5 and Cheltenham and provide a great environment to support Four Anjel’s continued growth.

"As Tom mentioned, Furlong Park is already home to a number of high-quality businesses, and we look forward to leasing the last few remaining units shortly.”

Andrea Stevens, Managing Director at Four Anjels added: “We had been searching for a new high-quality unit to expand our growing bakery business into for some time and Furlong Park ticked all our boxes.

"A modern structure, within a secure estate and close to transport links was essential. We are also pleased to be moving to a new site with some great businesses as our new neighbours too. We can’t wait to start baking there.”

The majority of the estate is occupied but there are now only three units remaining; Unit 1 (6,823 sq ft), Unit 4 (5,223 sq ft) & Unit 11 (25,714 sq ft), which are all available for immediate occupation.

Units 1 & 4 have been fitted with office accommodation to first floor levels, with Unit 11 built to a shell specification, which provides a blank canvas for an incoming occupier. There is also a large secure yard and separate pedestrian access, which provides a great opportunity for a variety of end users.

Tom Watkins added “Each unit was built with green credentials, such as electric vehicle charging points and high-performance insulated cladding and roof materials, which reduce the costs for existing and prospective tenants.

"This all seems to be in the mind’s eye when speaking to occupiers at the moment, so we’re confident of continuing our run of success with these final few units.”

Colliers and JLL act jointly on behalf of Northwood Urban Logistics on the estate.
