Escape to the Country! A Grade II-listed Victorian property previously used as a hotel, restaurant and antiques shop in a popular Worcestershire town has gone up for sale, and the price is a snip at £325,000.

Charles House at 26 St Ann's Road is the first instruction for the Malvern operation of Nicol & Co, the expanding estate agency which already has offices in Droitwich Spa and Worcester.

The current owner has owned it for 20 years.
