Buyers will soon be able to reserve homes at housebuilders Dandara's Berkshire development, Oakwood Place.
The development will include a collection of 57 new detached and semi-detached two, three, four and five bedroom homes, potential buyers will be able to reserve from this selection come autumn this year.
Properties will be ready to move into by spring 2024 with a show home available to view at the beginning of the year. Each of the new homes will have open plan living areas, kitchens, modern bathrooms and rear gardens.

Oakwood Place is just a short distance from a number of preschools, primary and secondary schools, as well as amenities such as shops, bakeries, doctors and veterinary clinics.
Reading music festival, independent shops, local eateries and countryside walks are all local to the development as well.
Zoey Rampton, Senior Sales Manager for Dandara Southern, said: “This is our first time building new homes in Berkshire, so we are excited to show off the high quality properties and specifications we offer to a new audience.
“Oakwood Place would be ideal for professionals given its close proximity to Reading and other major cities, but it would also be a brilliant place for families to settle down and enjoy all that the countryside and village has to offer.
“We are thrilled to bring new homes to this already thriving community and look forward to meeting with potential buyers and sharing our progress at the development.”
