Figflex offices expands Coventry site by 100 per cent
FigFlex Offices is significantly expanding its Coventry-based location, increasing the number of desks by over 100 per cent, all of which have already been pre-sold to a single occupier.
Across the UK, the flexible office provider has experienced rapid revenue growth as demand for its services continues to rise. Since August 2022, turnover has increased 600 per cent.
The expansion in Coventry sees FigFlex add a further 300 desks across 1.5 floors at Friars House.

The expansion totals 9,500 sq ft taking the total footprint to almost 22,320 sq ft of high quality, flexible workspace. The work follows an extensive refurbishment which was carried out in May this year, incorporating a brand new high end business lounge to the site.
Friars House in Coventry is one of three FigFlex locations undergoing substantial expansion as part of the company’s rapid growth. A further 12,260 sq ft and 269 desk spaces will be added across centres in Southampton and Peterborough.
