FI Real Estate Management welcomes Royds Withy King as tenants in refurbed Swindon office

Fi Real Estate Management has completed a major refurbishment at 3 Newbridge Square in Swindon and welcomed Royds Withy King which is to lease 3,975 sq ft of space at the Newbridge Square development, leaving 20,989 sq ft available across the third, sixth and seventh floors.

The eight-storey office building now benefits from new VRF air conditioning, suspended ceilings with LED lighting, restyled bathroom facilities and a modern, welcoming reception area.

Communal spaces have been enhanced and now include meeting rooms, breakout areas and a business hub.

Totalling 60,000 sq ft, 3 Newbridge Square sits next to the town's main bus terminal and three minutes from Swindon train station.
