Amiri Construction has relocated from its original location in Fareham to a 4,800 sq ft office at Segensworth business park fitted out to its specific needs.
Directors Kevin Lendon and Grahame Pettit said that the modern environment of Eagle Point, with additional space, meeting rooms and break-out areas, would offer much more flexibility as the company continues to expand.
Pettit added: “We are delighted to have made the move although many of our senior project managers spend most of the year on the many construction sites across the region.”
Amiri Construction has a team of 36. Its projects across the south have varied from a £800,000 community-centre extension for Hope Church in Winchester to a £10 million high-tech cold store, pack house and offices for Kingsbridge Estates, on behalf of Nature’s Way Foods, in Chichester.
