Enigma Square in Milton Keynes opens next month
Enigma Square, a 261-apartment development in Milton Keynes, will welcome residents from next month (November).
The development is Grainger plc’s second build-to-rent development in the Buckinghamshire city. It consists of studio, one, two and three-bed apartments, with many also featuring balconies.
The new eight-storey development is located on North Row, only a five-minute walk from city centre amenities and ten minutes from Milton Keynes Central Station. It is also only 35 minutes from London.
All of the new build apartments have been designed to meet energy performance certificates of A to C, offering considerable savings on energy bills compared to EPC Level G properties.
As part of their tenancy, residents can make use of amenities including a resident’s lounge, social games lounge, on-site 24-hour gym, and a private dining room as well as co-working space, a meeting room and integrated meeting booths.
The co-working spaces also offer superfast free broadband and charging points. The development features 6000 square feet of outdoor space including a courtyard and terrace.

Enigma Square also includes an on-site Resident Services Team. Grainger are planning a series of community events from resident mixers to guided gym classes and collaborations with local business and residents.
The company's share price has been performing well over the past five days, seeing an overall increase of 3.83 per cent despite macroeconomic market disruptions.
Helen Gordon, Chief Executive at Grainger said: “We are redefining the way that people rent homes, and at Enigma Square we look forward to creating a brilliant new community that combines the flexibility of renting, with high quality homes and professional services.
“Enigma Square marks Grainger’s second scheme in Milton Keynes, following on from the successful launch of Solstice Apartments in 2020. Having a second site in the city provides potential residents with additional opportunities and existing residents with the flexibility to move between schemes should their circumstances change.”
