Edwards Insurance Brokers open Fareham base
Edwards Insurance Brokers have secured office space in Hampshire's Cams Hall.
The new Fareham offices will, stated the insurance firm, strengthen hybrid working through face-to-face collaboration between staff currently working remotely.
Having formed in 2004, Edwards Insurance Brokers, open their new premises in the historic Cams Hall, Fareham, in order to bring together their South Coast home based staff.
The Georgian listed building is now a business centre and wedding venue.
Edwards Insurance Brokers sought to offer staff options to work within their team in one physical space as well as remotely.

Christopher Edwards, Director at Edwards Insurance Brokers, said: “One of the great things that came out of the pandemic was that businesses can accommodate more flexible working.
"Over this period, we have built up an excellent remote team on the South Coast who have been doing an incredible job at providing the levels of service our clients have come to expect.”
“There are benefits to meeting with colleagues in person that can’t be simulated in a virtual space though, so we’re now taking steps to offer our remote workers the opportunity to move toward a more hybrid way of working.
"We hope this will not only encourage collaboration but also enable colleagues to have a more defined work/life balance.”
