The unit is a fully refurbished industrial/warehouse unit which extends to 24,918 sq ft, with an eaves height of 6.2m. The quoting rental was £186,885 per annum exclusive, and the accommodation includes 1622 sq ft first floor offices and a 1,603 sq ft mezzanine.
