Developer gets green light for luxury apartment development in Buckinghamshire
Boutique property developer Life Less Ordinary has gained planning permission for a luxury apartment development in Gerrards Cross.
The plans at Collins House will create 36 flats with accompanying office space with construction expected to start early next year.
Collins House is currently comprised of four ground-floor retail units and a library, with office space over two-floors above.

The approved work will see the conversion of the upper office floors, construction of an extension and the creation of an additional floor on the existing roof.
Improvements will also be carried out to the exterior of the building to retain the building's facade.
Director of Life Less Ordinary, Hinesh Chawda said: “The under-utilisation of Collins House presents an ideal opportunity to positively contribute to the housing stock in the centre of Gerrards Cross, whilst enhancing the streetscape.
“It’s central location nearby to a wealth of local amenities and strong transport links mean that these apartments will appeal to a wide range of purchasers and investors, not least of all those wishing to have easy access to the Capital.”
