Arena Southampton allows businesses the ability to be flexible in an ever changing world, writes Helen Deverill, Marketing Director.

With government restrictions ending more businesses and employees are looking forward to getting back into the office.

However, with many companies unsure as to what the future may hold during these uncertain times it’s important to have a workspace that is flexible.

That’s why Arena’s Southampton office space provides businesses of all sizes the option to scale up or down with ease and without being tied into a long-term contract, whether a two-person office or bespoke office suite for 200 people.

With the option to customise each workspace, businesses are firmly in the driver’s seat in a Covid-safe location based in the heart of the city.

Ideally located, Arena Southampton is just under a 10-minute walk from Southampton’s thriving Oxford Street and close to Southampton Central train station with frequent and direct trains to London Waterloo.

The centre is also less than a 20-minute drive to Southampton airport with close links to the A33 and M27, ideal for commuters and easily accessible for clients.

Flexible contracts

At Arena Southampton, businesses have the option to upsize or downsize without the worry of long-term contracts.

With so much uncertainty surrounding businesses that are coming back to the office now that government restrictions have been lifted, Arena is providing peace of mind and support to enable a safe return. An outstanding dedicated centre team nurture clients, taking care of the small details so they are free to focus on the bigger picture.

The flexible contracts give businesses cost certainty and control and enable businesses to stay completely agile in an ever-changing landscape.

Customisable workspaces

The goal is to create inspiring working environments where it’s a pleasure to come to work, bringing teams back together to collaborate again and do their best work.

Every workspace at Arena Southampton is fully customisable, allowing businesses to work with the experts at Arena to create a bespoke office space that meets their needs.

Meeting room

Whether it’s more room for breakout areas, more space between desks or a new meeting area for clients, Arena works consultatively with each business, as well as space planners and interior designers, to create an office that is tailored individually to create a bespoke environment that gives a sense of identity and belonging.

This is particularly important when re-uniting teams on their return to the office as it helps them to feel part of the company culture and ethos after being apart for so long.

Clients are supported throughout the process of customising their office space, so that Arena’s expertise can bring them what they truly need.

Arena Southampton is now excited to  be welcoming businesses and their teams back to the office.

Covid safe

Arena Southampton has been working tirelessly to ensure that the office space is ready for when businesses return.

Having worked with award-winning interior designer, Holmes Interiors, the team have ensured that the workspaces are all Covid secure.

A new series of socially distanced pods have been installed to ensure that any workspaces offer both space and privacy.

Private pods

The reception areas and walkways have also been expanded to allow for more room and enable social distancing.

Because each workspace is customisable each piece of furniture can easily be moved to also allow for more space.

With sanitised areas, plenty of signage and even minimum touch beverage points both employees and visitors can feel at ease.

Arena is also working with MediaBase to ensure that visitors stay safe by using a reception e-book that can scan visitors and allocate a QR code to help contact and tracing.
