Bromford Housing to deliver further 2,000 homes in Gloucestershire this decade
Over the last four years, one of the largest UK housing associations, Bromford built more than 1,050 homes at housing developments in Cheltenham, Forest of Dean, Gloucester, South Gloucestershire, Stroud and Tewkesbury.
Now the Homes England strategic partner is forecast to complete around 500 homes by March 2023, and a further 1,500 homes between April 2023 and March 2029.
The Tewkesbury-based housing provider currently owns more than 9,000 homes in Gloucestershire, and with these plans in place is aiming to help thousands more people to achieve homeownership in Gloucestershire in the coming years.
Catherine Jarrett, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bromford, said: “We remain committed to providing homes of excellent quality to local people in need.
“The housing market in Gloucestershire has proven to be extremely resilient and the demand for affordable homes remains strong, despite the uncertain times we’ve faced.
“We have lots of exciting projects in the works in Gloucestershire, and we are looking forward to helping more and more local people to achieve their dreams of stepping onto the property ladder, while continuing our work across the county.
