Brydell Partners has secured Pharm-Olam at One Station Square, Bracknell for the 5,308 sq ft first floor. The letting to global research organisation Pharm-Olam follows a recent letting of 12,700 sq ft at the building.
Brydell said One Station Square has been refurbished to provide contemporary office accommodation adjacent to Bracknell train station. It added: "The building offers a range of amenities, including electric car charging points, an excellent car parking ration, weekly yoga classes through Yin Yan, executive showers and a manned reception."
Hannah Bennett, senior surveyor for Lambert Smith Hampton, Reading, said: “Bracknell's regeneration, particularly including The Lexicon retail and leisure development, is proving to be a successful draw for businesses. One Station Square provides a unique offering of contemporary exposed services space in the heart of the town centre and we're receiving significant interest in the remainder of the building.”
Guy Parkes, director of Thames Valley agent RARE, said: “The remaining seventh floor space, branded as the town's ‘Sky Floor’, is unique to the town with its contemporary exposed service style and incredible panoramic views. This is exactly the right mix of vibrancy, functionality and environmental credentials that is wanting by prospective occupiers across the region and why One Station Square has been so successful.”
