Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has advised property investment and development business, Boultbee Brooks in leasing one floor of the Royal Talbot Building in Bristol to post-production company, Gorilla TV.

Commercial Property Partner, Doug Armstrong, and Solicitor Natalie Hopkins worked with the long-standing client of BPE to advise on and negotiate the lease, agreement for the lease and the licence for alterations which will allow Gorilla TV to continue working on projects including the Gavin & Stacey Christmas Special, Doctor Who and One Born Every Minute

Gorilla is a full service, end-to-end post production facility delivering hundreds of hours of content to UK and International Broadcasters.
