Almost 70 new homes are to be built near Coate Water, Swindon.

Located five kilometres southeast of central Swindon, the properties launch this weekend and will be built at Redrow's Badbury Park site off Homington Avenue.

The two, three and four-bedroom properties have guide prices beginning at £275,000.
