Almost 70 new homes are to be built near Coate Water, Swindon.
Located five kilometres southeast of central Swindon, the properties launch this weekend and will be built at Redrow's Badbury Park site off Homington Avenue.
The two, three and four-bedroom properties have guide prices beginning at £275,000.
Sales Director of Redrow Thames Valley, Sarah Boyce said of the development: “Homeowners are seeing their workplaces adapt to suit flexible working, and so the novelty of living in a large city has begun to wear off for many – with homebuyers now looking to be nearer to green, open spaces, while retaining good city connections.
“Our previous phases have proved extremely popular, especially with homebuyers looking for traditional charm, and a contemporary and high-spec interior. With elegant homes available for first-time buyers and impressive larger properties, ideal for growing families, there really is something for everyone at Badbury Park."
