AlbionVC has led an £8.8 million seed funding round into cybersecurity human risk management platform OutThink, having been advised by lawyers from the Reading office of Osborne Clarke.
OutThink will use the investment to continue the expansion of its technology leadership and international distribution.
The Osborne Clarke Team advising AlbionVC on the transaction were led by venture and growth capital partner Justin Starling and included corporate associate director Robert Pook and corporate associate Chris Flach, all based in the firm’s Reading Office.
