Thames Valley accountant James Cowper Kreston is expanding in Reading and Southampton, moving to new and larger offices.

In Reading, the firm’s 60 staff will move to Reading Bridge House, and in Southampton its 20-strong team is to move to The White Building in Cumberland Place.  The moves will take place in early 2016.

Robert Holland, managing partner, said: “James Cowper Kreston is the go-to firm for entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals with complex tax affairs. Our teams in Reading and Southampton are growing following increasing demand for our services and these larger offices will enable our teams to continue to develop.”

In Reading, James Cowper Kreston has taken 6,000 sq ft at the recently remodeled Reading Bridge House close to the refurbished railway station.  And in Southampton the firm has taken 3,000 sq ft from its existing landlord, Ashville Asset Management.

James Cowper Kreston is an award-winning accountancy practice with almost 200 staff in offices in Reading, Newbury, Oxford, Henley-on-Thames, Southampton and London. The firm in 2015 reported a turnover of £13.3 million, growing at 9% a year.

The firm advises a diverse range of businesses and private tax clients, ranging from start-up ventures to blue-chip plcs and private individuals.

James Cowper Kreston was advised by property agents Haslams in Reading and Realest in Southampton.
