A spokesperson for Beryl Bikes told TBM: "We’re delighted to expand our service in Solent, with Beryl bikes and e-bikes now available for sharing in the great maritime cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, and joining our scooters on the beautiful Isle of Wight.
"We’ve been providing scooters to residents and visitors of the Isle of Wight for 18 months now, with our riders clocking up an incredible 400,000kms, so we’re thrilled to finally be bringing our e-bikes to the Island as well, offering another fun, affordable and green mode of transport for Islanders to enjoy. Our e-bikes are joining our existing scooter service in Ryde, Cowes, Newport, Sandown and Shanklin."
