Thames Valley and South Coast legal firm Pitmans Law announced today that Sheilagh Magee and Stacey Jones have been made up to partners with immediate effect. Magee advises on all manner of private client matters from wills to estate administration to powers of attorney. She has been with the firm for nearly 20 years.
Jones trained with the firm and qualified in 2011. She advises on a broad range of litigious matters including commercial disputes, shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims. She also deals with all aspects of corporate and individual restructuring, insolvency and refinancing.
John Hutchinson, managing partner, said: “Sheilagh and Stacey are huge assets to the firm and I am delighted for them both. These promotions are thoroughly deserved.”
Over the past year Pitmans has welcomed 49 people to the firm and announced six new partner promotions. The firm said that further recruitment would continue.
