Judges have chosen the finalists for the Thames Valley Deals Awards. From a total of more than 420 nominations, the judging panel chose the shortlist in each category.
Winners of each category will be announced at the gala awards night on April 24 at Royal Berkshire Conference Centre, Madejski Stadium, Reading.
Awards chairman David Murray said: "The number and quality of nominations reflect the strengthening corporate finance scene. As the economy improves, mergers and acquisitions are coming on stream. At the same time, our Deals Awards are now acknowledged as the leading corporate finance awards scheme in the south - these are awards that advisers and funders really want to win."
