IBB Solicitors –one of the foremost law firms in the West London, the Thames Valley and the Western Home Counties – has reacted to a challenging legal recruitment market by appointing a director of HR.
Sue Eve will take up her new post from September 4. She will be responsible for overseeing the development of the firm’s human resources function, as well as a strategy for recruiting and retaining the talent to support IBB’s business objectives.
Managing partner Joanna DeBiase commented: "I am delighted to welcome Sue to IBB. She brings with her a wealth of experience, having held senior HR roles in leading UK law firms. Sue understands the particular challenges that the legal industry faces in ensuring that it recruits and retains the top talent and also identifies those skills that will be needed in the future so that we can continue to respond to the changing needs of our clients."
