Thames Valley: Harrison Clark Rickerbys expands team

The corporate team of law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys has grown with the advent of new partner Mary Pears who will be based in the Green Park office but also work with the team in Cheltenham.

She has a wealth of experience both in the Thames Valley marketplace and beyond in all aspects of corporate and company law, and she advises on a wide variety of legal issues for businesses ranging from family-run firms to national companies.

She said: “I’m delighted to be joining such a strong corporate team, following its record year in 2015/16 when it notched up almost £1 billion in deals.”

Rich Wilkey, head of the corporate team in Cheltenham, said: “Mary has a proven track record of excellent corporate work and understands the wide variety of issues where businesses need the highest-quality legal advice.” 

Harrison Clark Rickerbys has 400 staff and partners based at offices in the Thames Valley, Cheltenham, the Wye Valley, Hereford, Worcester and Birmingham.
