Pete Austin, co-founder of the company, will take up the new position of chief innovation officer.
Henderson said: “I will continue to ensure that the feedback we receive, from our client base of more than 250 organisations around the world, continues to provide the solid foundation that drives our ongoing development.”
CEO Mike Austin commented: “David has been instrumental in designing, building and scaling our software platform since we started.”
Austin added: “My role will be to look at the pace of change in the market, spot emerging trends, understand how consumer needs, wants and expectations are evolving, and uncover new areas in which we can help our clients to innovate in the digital world.”
