Thames Valley-based HMT advises on Unbabel acquisition of EVS Translations

Thames Valley-based corporate finance specialist, HMT LLP has advised on the recent acquisition of corporate translations firm EVS Translations by AI-powered language operations platform Unbabel.

In bringing together the two language-based services, the deal expands Unbabel’s global translation capabilities helping it move into new sectors while strengthening its customer experiences in Germany and the rest of Europe.

HMT, led by Paul Read, Corin Briault-Hutter and Francis Drysdale, were responsible for financial due diligence on the transaction.
