Solution Consultants, leading Berkshire-based telecom and utilities procurement experts, is strengthening its base in the Thames Valley with the appointment of two new team members. The business is also moving to new premises in Pangbourne to support its next phase of growth.

Liz Jenkins joins the team as area sales executive for the South West, bringing with her more than 15 years’ experience - ten years’ combined in the utilities industry. At Solution Consultants, Jenkins will be responsible for building the business’ growing energy procurement client base which currently accounts for 25% of its revenue. This figure is set to grow 20% in 2015. This will also consolidate Solution Consultants’ national presence. She previously worked for Haven Power.

Jenkins joins the team ahead of Solutions Consultants’ move to Enterprise House in Pangbourne, which is designed to accommodate the growing team. Jo Holloway is also joining Solution Consultants to support the national sales teams. Holloway attended Theale Green Sixth Form College before studying for an Open University degree.

Mark Jourdain, founder and MD of Solution Consultants, said: “2015 has proved to be an exciting year for the business and we’re delighted to be bringing in new colleagues to take Solution Consultants forward to the next level. We recruit the best people in the business, who share our core philosophy of customer service and satisfaction; Liz embodies this and I’m confident her experience will prove invaluable. We have a real commitment to nurturing home-grown talent too, so I’m delighted Jo has joined the business. I’m hopeful her career will grow with us.”

Jenkins said: “Solution Consultants has established a reputation for excellence and professionalism through its growing energy procurement offer. I am so excited to be part of the team and am looking forward to consolidating the business’ presence across the region.”
