New care home set to create jobs in Broadstairs
A new state-of-the-art care home is opening in Broadstairs, Kent, creating more than 30 jobs in the area.
Provider Oyster Care Homes said that Copperfield Court will open on April 18 this year, offering a range of services, including residential care, dementia care, and respite care.

"We are committed to providing high-quality care services that meet the individual needs of our residents, and we are confident that these new homes will make a real difference to the lives of many people in the community," said Tim Buckley, CEO of Oyster Care Homes.
Initially, the home will create over 30 jobs, and as it grows the team is expected to be around 60 strong.
Roles will include care assistants, catering staff, maintenance, and housekeeping staff.
Copperfield Court is said to include geothermal heat pumps, battery technology and solar PV.
Oyster Care Homes said it is dedicated to achieving net-zero carbon emissions across all its homes.
