Moorcrofts LLP has advised the shareholders of Videalert Development, a leading supplier of intelligent traffic management and enforcement solutions to local authorities on the sale of Videalert Development to Marston Holdings, the UK’s largest transportation and enforcement services group.
The Moorcrofts team, based at Marlow, was led by Teri Hunter (corporate partner), with support from Nicola Bennett (senior corporate associate solicitor), Adam Forder (associate corporate solicitor), Kierendeep Sahota (assistant corporate solicitor), Tim Astley (commercial / IT partner), Matt Jenkin (employment partner) and Ian Hylton (senior commercial property associate solicitor).

David Richmond, CEO, commented: “Moorcrofts have been Videalert’s advisors for many years and were the natural partner for us to handle the transaction. Teri and the team were professional, proactive and understood our needs throughout and delivered an outstanding outcome for the shareholders, closing the deal within 30 days of the term sheet being signed. We would highly recommend Moorcrofts.”

Teri Hunter, Moorcrofts corporate partner commented: “Myself and the entire team at Moorcrofts are delighted to have advised Videalert on the sale to Marston Holdings. We wish the company the best of luck in the future and we look forward to working with Videalert as it continues to accelerate its growth as a key part of Marston Holdings.”
